One The most important aspects of my work is a good understanding of my client, their budget, and their wishes for their home. A consultation is helpful in gaining a vision for your space and the scope of work. all Consultations are paid up front, but will be applied to services if hired.

ORganizing:
$50/hr
putting systems in place to make the most of your space can feel daunting. This service can be a solo project, or a combined effort to work through your home to eliminate excess and create a functional setup.

Staging/merchandising:
$60/HR
Staging & merchandising can take place in your home, your business, a rental, or a home you plan to sell. I’ll utilize your personal items to put together a space that reflects your vision. This service is perfect for people that know what they love when shopping, but don’t quite know how to put it together in their space, or in retail spaces (as pictured).

design Plan:
$350+
Creating a design plan is great for clients that love the hands on work, but don’t have a clear vision for their space. This can be as minimal as choosing paint colors or furniture layout, but can include purchase lists for furniture, lighting, etc.

hands on design:
$60/HR
The most involved and long-term process, a hands on design is a combination of every other service- Beginning with an in-depth design plan, hiring & scheduling contractors, and finally, putting the design in place. This may also include furniture restoration, personal shopping, and any other effort that contributes to the completion of the project.
